Hey! This is CDAUnderground, a place I’ve created to write about and document the local music scene here in the CDA (and Spokane) area. I started this because I perceived a distinct lack of places to go to where you could listen to good music. That was a false assumption. I realized I just wasn’t looking hard enough, and also that there weren’t enough people talking about it. I’ll be posting to this blog in an attempt to not only keep track of the shows I’ve been to and the bands catching my attention, but also to keep people updated and informed on the sparse but still vibrant and growing community of local music we have here. That info might take the form of a review on new releases on the radar, a heads-up for cool shows that are going down nearby, or some other form of music-related posts. I’ll also be dumping a lot of photography as well, since I’ve got SD cards filled with pictures and not enough places to post them up.
